Bandsaw is used in lumber ripping and cutting ranges from 4 – 8 inches by width. It is preferred over circular saw as it can accommodate large diameter lumbers and create smaller kerf, thus, less waste.

We combine high technology and excellent craftsmanship when it comes to Leveling and Tensioning, STM high precision bandsaw must be processed through the automated leveling and tensioning center. The process helps to eliminate bumps and dips along the bandsaw and create good traction on the wheel leads to smooth and straight cutting.

Cutting of hardwood and other precious wood is our specialty. Super T can be customized upon the type and size of wood to be cut. Stellite tipping is made with our special grade satellite provides hardness for longer operated time. It allows the kerf to be as narrow as possible for less waste and increase cutting yield.
