Admission
- All exhibiting personnel are required to wear Exhibitor Badges at all times within the exhibition duration (including build-up and tear down period).
- All contractors are required to wear Contractor Badges at all times during the build-up and tear down duration. Contractors can use their identification card to exchange for Contractor Badges at the loading bay of Hall 7.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to Exhibitors or Visitors in shorts, slippers or inappropriate dressing into the exhibition halls or remove any person without giving any reason.
- Minors below the age of 16 years old will not be permitted admission throughout the build-up, exhibition days and tear-down period.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all air-conditioned areas and only permitted at specific points.
- Do not bring Food & Beverage from other providers unless a written permission from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is submitted. If found guilty, the exhibitor will be fine at 50,000 baht per 9 sq.m. per day.
- In the event of any unforeseen occurrences beyond the rules written in the manual, the final decision will be made by the organiser.
Standard Booth
- Do not paint, hammer or pierce on the standard booth. If there is any damage, the exhibitor will be responsible for the damage and repair cost.
- Please use a suitable tape that does not damage or leave any residue when installing inkjets/poster on the panels or counter.
- Do not place material obstructing the gangway or dirtying the carpet.
- Proposals for additional enhancement to standard shell structure are to be submitted to the Organiser by 3 October 2022 for approval.
- No free-standing fitment may exceed the height of the structure or extend beyond the boundaries of the space allocated. This includes towers, roll-ups, furnitures, etc.
- Projections (including exhibits, signs, floral decorations and furnishing) into the gangway are not permitted.
Raw Space Construction
- The exhibitor/contractor must hand in the design of the construction that has been approved by a licensed engineer. The construction must not be higher than 00 m and the design must be handed to the organiser for approval by 3 October 22
- Exhibitor or Contractor who construct in the bare space must pay a deposit guarantee. The deposit guarantee charge will be at 5,000 Baht per 9 sq.m. but not exceeding 50,000 Baht per booth. The deposit guarantee (cashier’s cheque) shall be paid to IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. The exhibitor or contractor must submit the deposit guarantee before set-up.
- No structure may extended beyond the boundaries of the site allocated. Projections (including exhibits, signs, company name boards, floral decorations and furnishings) into the gangways will not be permitted.
- All stands must have at least 30% of any frontage facing the gangway left open, or fitted with transparent (see through) material. This area must be visibly-free of obstruction.
- Name boards, logo, signs or cannot be displayed over an adjacent Exhibitor’s back wall and/or sidewall.
Damages or Loss of Goods
- In the event that the contractor or worker do not follow the rules and regulations and incur any damage, the person who is reponsible for them must pay a fine of 10,000 baht or pay for the repairs until the damage is repaired and the organiser will not return the deposit guarantee money to the exhibitor.
- There shall not be damage or alteration to any structure in the display booth, venue or any area of the exhibition hall. If any damages occur to the exhibition hall, the exhibitor will be responsible for repairing the damages with the consent in writing by the organiser.
- The Organiser will not be reponsible for any loss or damage of goods or equipment that the exhibitor keep inside the exhibition hall during the exhibition.
Venue Prohibition
- In any case that the exhibitor would like to use the electricity, plumbing or air pump service, the exhibitor must only use the service from A Plus Utility Management Co., Ltd.
- Do not construct or leave any obstruction outside the specified area, especially at the emergency exit area or entrance area.
- Do not nail or stick the pointed object to the surfaces, walls or other part of the exhibition hall.
- Do not punch the hole for the anchor on the road, sidewalk, park, unless a written permission from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is submitted.
- Do not use glue, double-side sticky tape or other equipment to stick the poster or other equipment on the wall or any part of structure of the exhibition hall unless a written permission from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is submitted.
- Do not pull or stretch the wire rope for support or leaning with any part of the exhibition hall structure.
- No welding or cutting, grinding metal is allowed as these may cause sparks, leading to fire inside the exhibition hall.
- Do not use the spray-paint or any other paint that contain the mixture of thinner or other flammable substances inside the exhibition hall.
- The exhibitor must follow the instructions of the security as well as requirements and regulations of the safety that been stipulated by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to install any materials to the floor directly. There must be supporting materials with prior approval from organiser. In the event when the exhibitor applys special material on the flooring, they are responsible to ensure the floor is returned in a clean condition.
- Do not smoke, eat, sleep over inside the exhibition hall.
- Do not use the front entrance of the exhibition hall for the movement of cargo.
- Transfer of the construction equipment must only be through the Cargo Door only. The front door or fire escape door are not allowed to be used.
- Do not allow vehicle or any kind of machinery of which the exhaust is not standard or cause air pollution (smoke, oil drops) inside the exhibition hall.
- Do not use the standard power (from the wall outlet) to supply the power for the construction. The contractor must order the circuit breaker to supply the power for construction.
- Do not wash/rinse the container or any kind of other technical equipment in the bathroom sink, if found guilty, the exhibitor/ contractor must pay the fine at the minimum of 1,000 baht.
- Vehicle or item that are over the weight allowance are not allowed in the exhibition area, unless the weight is distributed by using the 15 mm. thick metal sheet and need to be under the instruction of the assigned engineer by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. However, the exhibitor will be doing the removal and installation of the meterial mentioned above based on the procedures of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. ** Hall 5-12 Floor load capacity is not over 2,000 kilograms/square meters **
- Do not install advertising or sponsorship material outside your booth, inside or outside the exhibition hall.
- Do not install or add more decoration by putting flags into the ground, road or canals.
- Do not bring Food & Beverage from other providers unless a written permission from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. is submitted. If found guilty, the exhibitor must pay for the fine at 50,000 baht per 1 booth (9 sq.m.) per day.
- The exhibitor must only use food and beverage service, security service, cleaning service, telephone, facsimile or any communication equipment from IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. Special cases will be approved based on case by case basis.
Fire Safety
- Do not bring any flammable gas or any other gas into the exhibition hall.
- Contractors are not allowed to store flammable materials such as thinner and gasoline inside the exhibition hall.
- Corridors leading to exits must be kept free of obstruction at all times.
- Under no circumstances should the fire alarm call points, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and exits be blocked or access to them impeded by exhibition stands, partitions, exhibits or other object.
- No naked or open flame equipment is to be used in the exhibition hall without prior approval from the organiser.
- The exhibition hall is equipped with fire extinguishers and fire sprinkler system. Exhibitors who require special types of fire extinguishers because of their exhibits must make all arrangements at their own cost for the provision of such equipment.
The organiser has officially appointed A PLUS UTILITY MANGEMENT Co., Ltd. to take a full responsible for these following services:
Standard Electricity Supply
- There are two main power supply circuits: “Lighting Power Circuit” and “For Exhibit Power Circuit.”
- The standard supply is a single phase AC 220V, 50Hz with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. For the safety of your equipment, please use a stabilizer.
- Other requirements such as single phase 110V, 50H0z or three phase 220V, 50Hz can be specially arranged up on request, please contact our representatives.
- All electrical motors must have independent automatic protection against excessive current surge. The Following starter systems should therefore be used:
- Direct on line : for up to 5 Hp motor
- Star delta : for 5 to 25 Hp motor
- Auto transformer : for above 25 Hp motor
** Please noted that the Exhibitors or Contractor who require the electricity, please order the circuit breaker size which is bigger than 20 % at least for safety factor of safety standard and avoid the accidents from using full power.**
Standard Booth Electricity
- The electrical system provided by the organiser in a 00 x 3.00 m standard shell scheme booth comprises of 2 (two) sets of 40 W fluorescent lamps and 1 (one) 5 Amp socket point with all electrical consumption charges included.
- The Electrical Service Order Form is divided into 4
- Section A: for exhibitors who need electrical services for their exhibits only.
- Section B: for exhibitors who require individual light fittings.
- Section C, D: for exhibitors using their own special light fittings, either installed by themselves or by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd.
Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered through the Electrical Services Order Form with locations for installation specified. Please read the terms.
- It is mandatory for those exhibitors who have been authorized to use their own special lighting to order electrical sources using Section C or D on the Electrical Order Form.
- The organiser reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.
- Power supplies to the exhibits will be switched off at source 30 minutes after the exhibition closes every evening and 60 minutes after closing on the final day of the exhibition. Exhibitors who require 24 hours electricity supply to their specific requirements should apply accordingly to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. before the deadline.
- Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.
Raw Space Electricity
- Exhibitors who apply for “Raw Space” to build up special designed stands must submit their electrical order together with their layout plan before the deadline.
- General Hall lighting will be provided by organiser. All power supplies within the booths as well as for demonstrations can be installed by your own electrical contractors upon the organizer’s approval. Exhibitors should complete and Contractor within the stated deadline. For safety sake, exhibitors are not allowed to connect their exhibits or lighting to return the order form with full payment to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. within the stated deadline. For safety’s sake, exhibitors are strictly not allowed to connect their exhibits or lighting to the building’s main distribution. The organiser reserves the right to stop power supply in case of improper connection.
- The contractors appointed by exhibitors must submit details of electrical installations, layout and specifications to the organiser within the deadline indicated on the Order Form. The following requirement must be stated, otherwise, the application may not be considered.
- Company name of the contractor.
- Names and identification card / passport number of the attending electrical personnel.
- Specification and rating in watts per unit of the light fitting.
- Layout drawings made by the contractor.
- Completed Electrical Order Form.
- Approved electricians can collect their personal badges / working permits from the organiser’s show manager office in the exhibition hall by providing their own identification cards in exchange.
- All proper power input terminals must be installed by the approved contractor for inspection by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. prior to connection to the supply line. Priority will be given to those exhibitors who order their electrical from A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd.
- Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.
No flashing lights will be permitted unless they from an integral part. - The organiser reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.
- All electrical installations must conform strictly to the required standard safety regulations without exception.
- For internal cable wiring, must use the suitable standard cable and must wiring the ground system in every point. If the non-standard cable and risky connecting were found, we have the right to cut off the power till exhibitors or contractors fix it. Below are the standard cable for each breakers.

- Breaker 380 3 Phase 50 Hz. Is allowed to use for 1 internal circuit only. Exhibitors or contractors have to use the MDB (Load Center) for multi internal circuits. If exhibitors or contractors connect the electrical for multi circuit without MDB (Load Center), we have the right to cut off the power. For breaker connecting point method, exhibitors or contractors are not allowed to connect the cable direct to breakers. “Ring Terminals” are required to use for cable and breaker connecting.
** Violation of these rules may result in the immediate disconnection by authorized agents, and will carry a fine amounting to 20 times the amount in the exhibitor manual **
Cleaning, Storage & Disposal
- The exhibitor and/or contractor must keep their area clean and tidy at all times. In any case that the area is found to be dirty, the organiser will charge the exhibitor cleaning fee at an actual rate or the minimum rate at 1,000 Baht.
- The organiser does not provide storage facilities for packing materials, carton boxes or other property of the Exhibitor.
- Exhibitors requiring storage facilities should make prior arrangements with the appointed Official Freight Forwarder or through their own transport agent.
- The organiser reserves the right to remove/dispose any carton boxes, cases and packing materials left behind. Exhibitors who require disposal service can contact IMPACT Service Counter or refer to the Cleaning (Form 14)
- Exhibitors and/or contractors are responsible for the disposal of construction waste such as wood, plastic, other materials and not leave it in any area inside or outside the exhibition hall. In any case that the exhibitor/contractor is found guilty, the organiser will charge the exhibitor and/or contractor 10,000 Baht.
Patents and Copyrights
- The exhibitor is responsible to ensure that copyright laws are adhered to and guarantee that their respective products on display are of original designs. Should there be disputes over design copyrights, the organiser reserves the right to take corrective action. The organiser’s decision in copyright disputes shall be final.
Public Address (PA) System & Sound Usage
- The organiser reserves the right to use the public address system for relevant/sponsor messages and personal messages will not be allowed.
- Any sound usage within the booth must be approved by the organiser in writing before 3 October 22
